Our specialist First World War battlefield tours take you across the battlefields of Belgium and France, following the journey of your own ancestor through one of history's defining conflicts.

Before you travel, our researchers investigate your chosen soldier's military service in detail, allowing us to personalise the tour around their wartime experience. Together we'll visit battlefields, memorials, cemeteries and significant locations connected to their service, bringing their story vividly to life.

Based at the historic Talbot House in Poperinge, once a refuge for soldiers seeking rest away from the front line, you'll experience an important piece of wartime history while enjoying comfortable accommodation and expert guidance throughout your stay.

Following the tour, you'll receive a comprehensive research package documenting your ancestor's military career, complete with supporting historical records and contextual information.

Each tour is carefully planned and spaces are limited to ensure a personal experience.
